1. Driver License (ALL TRANSACTION DRIVE LICENSE MUST BE PRESENTED)
2. If you are applying for a new tag and title, please provide:
- Clean title (no salvage, no lemon vehicle, not branded) signed by ALL Seller and/or Co Seller
- If title has a lien, a lien release from the financial company or letter showing ownership being moved/sold
- Bill of sale (must be notarized for vehicles 7 years or newer) and/or dealer reassignment
- Insurance card (policy number with effective date)
- Maryland Safety Inspection report (90 days for regular customers or 6 month for dealers)
3. Any other MVA documents if needed such as, but not limited to:
- Power of Attorney
- Bill of Sale
- Gift Form
