1. What film does BTG Tinting use?
BTG Tinting uses Bio Window Film. You can visit Bio Window Film website at
www.biowindowfilm.com to see the quality and service they provide.

2. Does BTG Tinting provide any warranty?
We provide lifetime warranty for bubbling, peeling, and cracking. But other
restrictions apply, if you roll down your windows within five[5] days after getting
your tinted windows installed, peeling or creasing will not apply. If you are not
satisfied with your window tint, please contact us, and ask about our re-tinting
policy, and we will work with you. If we are not satisfied with the job, we will be
redo the job at no extra cost. Our aim and goal is to keep our customers satisfied
with the job we provide. We are professional tint specialists and keep a high
demand of respect and quality of our work!

3. How long does window tinting usually take? Can I wait for it or should I
drop it off?
Tinting a vehicle at our tint shop should take no more than a hour, hour and a half at
most. There is no extra charge for waiting for it, or dropping it off. Dropping it off,
however, may be better in some cases, where we check up on the vehicle every
hour to check for bubbles, peeling, or imperfections. However, waiting for it will not
be a problem!

4. What is the difference between Charcoal [CH], BQ Professional Black
[BQ], and OZ Ceramic [OZ]?
Charcoal is our 1MIL - 1PLY non reflective film. Lasts about 6 month - 1 year before
you really start to notice fading.
BQ Professional Black is our 1.2MIL - 1PLY non-reflective poly-dyed film. Lasts
about 4 years - 6 years in fading. Heat rejection is greater than our Charcoal
product, provides more adhesive, and is more color stable. $20.00 More
OZ Ceramic is our 1.5 MIL - 2PLY ceramic film. Fading wise, is almost lifetime. Heat
rejection is 3.5 times greater than our Charcoal product. [Ask about our heat

5. Do we take walk-ins or appointments only?
Appointments are our number one priorities, but if we do not have a car coming in
the the hour you want to come in, we will be more than glad to set you up for that
hour. You can call us for an appointment an hour before you come in! We, at BTG
Tinting will work with your schedule, not our schedule!

6. Does the film BTG Tinting use fade in colors?
Bio Window Film does not fade in colors such as purple. But overtime [like every
other film out there], will fade in shade, that is why we talk and ask about our
upgrades (BQ, and OZ Ceramic).

7. After I get my windows tinted, how soon can I put my windows down?
During the summer, keep your windows up (including sunroof, try keeping all kind of
air entering your vehicle, AC is fine) for 3-5 SUNNY day's. Cloudy of rainy days will
not count. During winter or colder days, keep your windows up for 5-7 SUNNY
days.

8. What tint can I get on my car to be COMPLETELY legal?
For a Passenger C-Class vehicle, to be completely legal, you can only have 50% on
all windows (except windshield), but we do have a new series of BQ Professional
Black 40% that will achieve this.
In Maryland, tinted vehicles must read 35% [Visible Light Transmittance] or lighter.
SUV/Trucks have different laws though. Front two windows (drivers/passenger)
needs 35% (or lighter) to be legal. The back windows, you can black it out as dark
as you want!
Front windshield, legally, for SUV's/Trucks/C-Class Vehicles, you are only allowed
to have 5 inch strip, or down to the AS-1 Line. Any tint covering the whole
windshield is subject to a repair order, no matter what percentage.

9. Will my tinted windows help my interior from fading?
Yes, getting your vehicle tinted, or you business or residential windows tinted will
help interior fading.
It will aso help keep your home/business/vehicle cooler during the summer, and
during the summer, it will help keep your area warmer. You can find more

10. Am I allowed to wash my car after I get my window's tinted?
You can wash your car after getting your windows tinted. Anything on the outside
of the car is perfectly fine. Just remember not to open any windows. Note, do not
wash the INSIDE of the windows within 3 days.

11. I notice a few of water steaks, water pocket bubbles, what seems to
be air bubbles, is this normal?
This is perfectly normal, it's from the solution we use to apply the film. Water
streaks, water pocket bubbles are normal, and will disappear within 3 days.
Anything after a week, let the store manager know.
